On Sunday, September 3, 2023, VMP threw a lively celebration that combined its 3rd Quarter Townhall Meeting with a special birthday bash for the owners, CEO Erickson Mapote and COO Martin Cyron Versoza. The theme of the day was “Sporty Vibes,” and it was an absolute blast!
The event was led by the lively pair of Mr. Erwin Fabon and Ms. Marionne Pagbilao, guaranteeing a cheerful atmosphere right from the beginning. Mr. Engelberth Tolentino’s motivational opening speech set the stage for an unforgettable gathering. The Ice Breaker, led by Ms. Sittie Kahalifa and Mr. Jeric Tatlonghari, filled the room with laughter and a strong sense of togetherness.
Agents got a glimpse into the company’s accomplishments and upcoming strategies during Mr. Erickson Mapote’s presentation. Furthermore, Mr. Ralph Deniega, the Operations Director, extended a warm welcome to the new agents, making them feel right at home within the VMP family. The event showcased our latest innovations, Virtual Human Solutions, and Rinna x VMP, followed by the exciting launch of the PVC ID and the premiere of the Official Corporate Video.

The celebrations continued with a delightful one-hour dinner, where a photo booth was set up for everyone to capture the joyful moments. We also took a moment to blow out the birthday candles and offer our warmest birthday wishes to CEO Erickson Mapote and COO Martin Cyron Versoza.
During the intermission, Mr. Lester Cincua treated everyone to a lively and engaging singing performance that kept the energy high. Followed by a fun game led by Ms. Cris Gerona and Ms. Pearl Consigna, making sure everyone joined in.
The event ended with the exciting “Miss Best Outfit” and “Mr. Best Outfit” awards. Johanne Viray won “Mr. Best Outfit,” while Christine Tal was named “Miss Best Outfit.”
