VMPOWERED CORPORATION CELEBRATED ITS 2ND ANNIVERSARY
25th of June 2023, VMP joyfully celebrated its second anniversary in a modern Filipiniana and Barong Tagalog. To honor and appreciate everyone’s efforts in donning Filipiniana and Barong attire, a red carpet welcomed and greeted them. The radiant smiles and stunning attire set the tone for the evening of appreciation and camaraderie. To capture these memorable moments, a photo booth was set up, ensuring that the beauty and elegance of the occasion would be cherished forever.
The event was dedicated to adding value to our dedicated team members who have been with us for the past two years. We also extended a warm welcome and recognition to the new agents who have joined our growing family.
During the event, VMPowered’s CEO, Mr. Erickson Mapote, from Singapore delivered a heartfelt anniversary message, expressing gratitude for the collective efforts of everyone. The CEO acknowledged and recognized the company’s accomplishments thus far, highlighting the milestones achieved. Additionally, the CEO provided a sneak peek into the upcoming campaigns that VMPowered will be launching, creating excitement and anticipation for the future endeavors of the company.
Next on the agenda was the recognition of agents who demonstrated exceptional performance in the second quarter. The recognition highlighted these categories: Attendance, Behaviour, Rookie, Top Agents per Campaign, Next Generation Leader, Circle of Champions, Empowered Leader, and Hall of Famer.
Among all the awardees, Mr. Daniel Labang, our Hall of Famer awardee, gained the spotlight for his exceptional performance and outstanding achievements. He demonstrated the highest level of performance among all VMP agents, setting a remarkable standard for excellence. His dedication, hard work, and remarkable accomplishments serve as an inspiration to everyone in the company.
The exceptional leadership and motivational abilities of the VMP leaders were also recognized and appreciated during the event. Their remarkable guidance and support played a crucial role in the company’s significant success. As a gesture of gratitude, these leaders were presented with a special token of appreciation, symbolizing their invaluable contributions to the company and their team.
Adding a touch of excitement and creativity, a dance video competition was held during the event. Five teams, namely Team Vas Girls, Spice Boys, Team Alpha, Team Delta, and Team Champs battled it out. The challenge was to create a captivating dance video that promoted VMP’s core values of a well-balanced workplace. Each performance had to incorporate the company’s tagline: “Be Motivated. Be Inspired. Be Empowered.” After an intense competition, Team Delta emerged as the champions, taking home a well-deserved prize of Php5,000. Team Alpha secured the first runner-up position, earning Php3,500, while Team Champs claimed the second runner-up spot, receiving Php2,500. The remaining teams were not left empty-handed, as they each received a consolation prize of Php1,000.
The evening continued with a sumptuous dinner, featuring a bountiful spread of delicious dishes that satisfied the appetites of our people. A special highlight of the dinner was the traditional lechon, a roasted pig that symbolizes celebration and is traditionally served on significant occasions.
As the night drew to a close, everyone wore smiles on their faces, filled with happiness and joy. The event was a resounding success, thanks to the team efforts of the VMP leaders and the entire team.
